Since I launched my Core Functional Fitness™ training a few years ago I’ve been getting a LOT of questions about What is core fitness? And, Where is the core, exactly?

Like me, you might be amazed by the genuine lack of understanding about our core muscles and the vital role they play in our every movement – basically, the disconnect that everything (every movement, in fact) comes from the core.  Additionally, I’ve learned that what many people think they believe to be true about their core, and I might even go as far as saying fitness in general (core exercises included), are MYTHS!

In the weeks ahead, I’m going to be doing something more about all of this 🙂  I’m setting out to band together a team of CoreXperts by answering all of your burning questions about your core and core fitness, while debunking the top core myths that are making a mess of things.

Why?  Because I want you to feel better!  If you feel better, then you move better, AND I want you to be able to discern between good functional movement and exercises that actually benefit you, versus fad workouts that hurt you and consider nothing of your core and it’s relationship to the rest of your body.
