We all love Plank, or at least love to hate it. Almost all yoga or fitness classes incorporate Plank, and for many it is a way for them to feel like they are toughening up the degree of the class. Now sadly, Plank for many is practiced improperly, meaning most are just using the arms to do the job of the core and legs.
