Every movement matters, and when you move mindfully, you feel better. This gentle movement-based audio will guide you through simple exercises to help keep your body and mind limber, happy and healthy.

Just sitting around (driving, flying, or have limited mobility) this audio will take you through everybody part and help you lubricate joints, stretch and contract muscles, and guide your mind into a deeper relationship to what it means to have body awareness.

Tension relieved in the body can lead to lower stress levels and lower reactivity to future stress, which can, in turn, lead to less physical tension. Break the cycle of physical and psychological tension that can feed on itself.

This practice is best done while seated.


Body Scan Meditation is designed to help you develop a mindful awareness of your bodily sensations, and learn to release the stress in your body and mind.

This mindfulness practice can help:

  • reduce stress,
  • improve well-being,
  • and decrease aches and pains.

When you’re feeling stressed, it’s common to “carry stress in your body” in the form of tense shoulders, a stomach “in knots,” through shallow breathing, or in other ways.

Our feelings of resistance and anger toward pain often only serve to increase that pain, and to increase the distress associated with it.
