Statistics Don't Lie.

Health is Wealth!

An international report by the World Health Organization reveals that depression is the most disabling illness for the corporate sector, second only to cardio-vascular diseases.

Long hours, multi-tasking, stiff competition, rigorous commute, irregular eating habits, sedentary desk jobs and bad sitting postures, all combine to create a pool of highly stressed, inefficient and thus despairing workforce.

The National Institute of Mental Health estimates that U.S. employers lose $70 billion a year due to absenteeism, lost productivity and disability caused by mental distress.

But data shows that 36 percent of workers suffer from work-related stress that costs U.S. businesses $30 billion a year in lost workdays. Experts say many of these health problems can be corrected if companies adopt a much more significant role creating a “culture of health” in the workplace where workers feel empowered to pursue living a healthier life, not just providing access to after-work yoga classes or fruit in the break room. About Hope

Breath, Body, and Belief are the pillars of Hope’s mission to Help Others Purposefully Excel. I have spent more than half of my life creating opportunities for people like you (and me) to fill these gaps. My goal is to help you reach your full potential so you don’t have to struggle trying to find what works. I have always had a love for speaking and knew from a young age that this was where I belong. I love to connect with my audiance and touch them in a way that emotionally moves them. But beyond that my presentations are moving-literally, expect to get up and moving. A big part of learning new things is actually practicing applying them.

From schools to corporate. From MOPS to women's conferences. From fitness events to athletics groups my message has a way to inspire everyone who finds themsevles in the room with me.
